Mcdonald's India — Worst, unprofessional and unhygienic experience at McDonalds | |||||
On 19th april 2016 i visited mcdonalds bkc bandra outlet to purchase four hm veggie and four hm chicken. I have worst, unprofessional and unhygienic experience. I ordered four hm veggie and four hm chicken on take away counter to mr. Amit ( order number 1442 ) but he billed me only one hm veggie and four hm chicken when ask for toy he say kindly go upstairs to collect your order and toy then why you open take away counter at entrance of building. When i go upstairs to collect order they give me only five toys i told them i ordered eight meal they say no sir you ordered only five meal why proper order not take why order not repeat before billed. Again i ordered three hm veggie ( order number 193 ) for bill payment they didn’t give me option to pay by card there statement is they don’t have card machine printer role in stock they only have one and it is used at take away counter then why they have three card transaction machines at first floor. Why they didn’t mention minimum stock inventory when i am discussed same with shazia madam on counter and ready to pay by cash she put me on hold and start to attended another customer i think this is the reason your staff didn’t take proper orders when i arguing with her she run away and chatting with other staff. When i received my order i request branch manager for help to take my order at take away counter he say he will and i wait for him but no revert from him then i request one guy at counter he say he is overloaded he can’t help me i have to request again other person to help me then manger arrange mr. Azmat to help me out he pick cold drink and i pick up burger and toy bag at stairs coke can fall over on stairs by him and he pick up the same and put in carry bag and say sir app ka order with improper packing which i show to mr. Rizwan (Manger) Is this way of service and food. When i discussed with mr. Rizwan & mr. Adnan they replace my order with fresh burger and coke i have to take it because my family waiting for same. Mr. Adnan commented me he will revert me next day i also inform his maybe i didn’t received your call but he haven’t email, , sms or call me till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
