I am Ankit Darolia wants to complaint regarding customer services. Location :( Mac Donald’s -Peenya Bangalore). On 9th April 2016 i went to mac Donald’s peenya stage banguluru and i have a promo card in that card buy 2 get 3rd one free so, i ordered 2 med. mac aloo tikki meals. And the cashier name (Mr. permeser .k ) charged Rs. 422 but actual Amount is Rs 281.50.i gave a Debit card and without informing me he charged extra Rs 141.After that i checked the bill and told him that you charged extra amount, but he answered in very rudely. He told me why you are worried i am giving you money this is not a way to speak with a customer same thing he can reply in a polite way and then I asked for a manager to do a complain then 2nd person (Mr. salman) told that I am the manager and he was supporting to Mr. permeser .k. Then I called to Mumbai customer care (no: [protected]) from there I got an information that the real manger name is Mr. Vinod.
