Mcdonald's India — Not getting refund of online order, which was not confirmed

I placed order through McDelivery app on 13/11/2015 and paid Rs.285/- through netbanking. But order did not get confirmed. When i asked customer care, they told me that amount would be refunded within 7 days. Now its more than a month, i am not getting my money instead of repeated calls and emails.
