This is in regards to the horrible service provided by your team (mcdonalds - mulund rmall branch, mumbai) for four of our orders placed today (11/10/2016) on the website. the contact number of the service providers at the store is

Following are the list of your extremely horrible services received:
- incomplete order
- stale food (super chilled fries)
- coke dropped over the entire order
- landline number made unavailable for us to get back to you
- order made at approx 8.30 pm was delivered at 10.15 pm
- due to server issues, the order was delivered to the wrong outlet
2 of the 4 orders were returned back as they were not complete and the food was stale which was brought to notice to the delivery guy.
We seek complete reimbursement or re-delivery of the order for wasting our time and efforts behind this order. also we need to see disciplinary actions been taken against the concerned people who are responsible for this. Was this information helpful? |
Me and my son faced food poisoning same day. My son was admitted for 1 day. It took 3 days for complete recovery for both o[censored]s.
I frequently order from McDonald and my purchase is minimum 5000 monthly. I would say that quality has very much degraded. Reason could be an employee or store itself, no matter what it costed me 4800/- plus physical and mental stress.
I trust McDonalds for 11 years, but not any more.
