Mcdonald's India — unethical behaviour and extra VAT charges

On 13 July, 2015 I had mc chicken grill meal and regular soft serve of 92 and 25 rupees respectively at Mc Donalds, Sanali Mall, opposite Chermas, Abids, Hyderabad, Telengana 500001. First of all I was not given a bill and on making payment by debit card a sum of Rs.192 was deducted which is 75 Rs. more from the original amount 117 (without tax). On the notice out there it was mentioned that VAT has increased to 5.6% I want to know is the amount correct. The behaviour from the staff side really disappointed me they did not give the bill when asked and they had no accuracy on the VAT that is levied on the food items.
