meals on wheels/IRCTC — Improper behaviour of the catering waiter

I am travelling from NJP to Howrah by Shatabdi Express on 6th February, 2016.PNR no. [protected].The waiter kept me waited unnecessarily for a long time during serving the breakfast, then I had to shout for my breakfast to be served to me. It's quite disgusting as well as insulting too to face this kind of lousy behaviour of the catering stuffs while travelling. Hope my complaint will be considered with sheer seriousness and measures will be taken in general to get rid of this kind of incidents.
