Medi Assist India — Already submitted all documents still asking again and again same | |||||
Hi, I have a corporate insurance policy with mediassist through Accenture Services Pvt Ltd I had submitted a reimbursement claim 20 July for rs. 300000. I got the first remainder mail on 10 Aug, 2016 asking for more documents. I had already sent them the documents initially only and also again sent xerox copies which they acknowledged that they received on 21 Aug. On 22 Aug i received another remainder mail for submitting the missing documents. The new documents i submitted are not uploaded in the mediassist portal We have submitted all originals to mediassist - bills, receipts, scan, discharge summary, Doctors Diagnosis report, lab reports etc. We need this reimbursement to get completed as soon as possible as we are in need of the amount to pay for further treatment Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Policy Holder : Accenture Services Pvt Ltd MAID : [protected] CCN# 13041903 under policy# 421300/48/2016/427_P1 Customer care is of no help as they dont understand what we talk also they dont have escalation matrix as well which can help us get it expedited .
