Medi Assist India — Reimbursement not received | |||
Hi, I have a corporate insurance policy with mediassist through volvo india pvt. Ltd. Employee id : a047797. I had submitted a reimbursement claim 13th june, 2016 for rs. 337220. I got the first remainder mail on 21st june, 2016 asking for more documents. I had sent them the documents a week later and it was handed over to mr. M a chandra babu (Mediassist). He called back and confirmed receiving these documents. On 12th july, 2016 i received another remainder mail for submitting the missing documents. The new documents i submitted are not uploaded in the mediassist portal (Please see attached screenshots). We have submitted all originals to mediassist - bills, receipts, scan, discharge summary, biopsy report, lab reports etc. My father was diagnosed with cancer and has started treatment. We need this reimbursement to get completed as soon as possible as we are in need of the amount to pay for the treatment and also require the original documents which was submitted to med assist for consulting doctors for treatment now. Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I have attached 2 screenshots. Latest documents are not updated. Latest status says 'awaiting information' since 21st june, 2016.
