Medibuddy — Claim:[protected] Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence

Hi Team,

I am currently not in India and My father has to go through urgent surgery for EYE. we have done quickly and then I submitted all the valid proof to Medibuddy. They have rejected instant without any detailed reason.

I am chasing them through email but it;s very frustrating that we paid premium timely but for claim we have to chase them many times. Please help us in this matter.
