Dear Sir,
My self Rashmi Shukla having an employee ID 002J4Z working in IBM India, my request is that I have submitted hospitalization claim with all the requested documents but they keeps sending the reply query is pending from customer side, I dropped many mails as well as connected with medibuddy team nothing worthful. I request you please conclude whether i will receive my reimbursement claim amount back or not. if i am not not receiving any reimbursement money back please remove my name from this medibuddy because of no use in such insurance waste of time.so that i will have a clarity that i can make investment in any other insurance company on my own.
