I have gone through very deb experience medibuddy customer service. I have ordered my glucometter strip from medibuddy app because it's showing will get this pick up from nearest Apollo medical store so I though it's great deal where other online platform showing me home delivery with 5-6 days so I have ordered and make payment through my debit card. My payment got debited from my bank account and I m waiting for my order id. But it's not generated and I don't have any other option to buy it bcz my payment was successfully debited.
So I called up customer care and inform the service team.
1st call - the resolution provided me please send an email on [protected]@medibuddy.in with payment SS and product details.
2nd call - Your details not showing sir call with order id
3rd call - You need to wait for 24 hrs will update you or refund your money
4th call - your Ticket details not showing
5th call - (rehana) confirm me there was some technical glitch bcz of this app showing 5hrs TAT for store pick up this service not available in your locality
And every call disconnected form customer care representative. Except Rehana.
Rehna help me with real picture and supported me with correct information.
I appreciate her work.
Need compensation from medibuddy team.
Because of you guys I am not able to check my blood sugar level. I am diabetic patient having very high blood sugar level and if there is any miss happening happen with me it's totally fault of meddibuddy team.
I need my money back with reimbursement of my strip bill which I have purchased from local shop. It's totally very bed experience service.
