I Made a transaction on Medibuddy for additional INsurance top up for my corporate policy . Payment got deducted and added in the credit card bill statement but the page from where i made the transaction doesn't gets loaded or refreshed to confirm weather the product transaction is successfull or not . I talked with medibuddy customer care around 7-8 times but they are closing the ticket by giving useless comments . They are not refunding the amount neither responding well on the customer care supoort
