Medtek — Axis bank account close

Dear sir / madam, I have a account in AXIS bank with account number [protected] which is salary account, my details are Phone Number: [protected], Name: vonteru venkata kishore. From last one year I m not using this account. Unexpectedly I got messages like you have negative balance close your account. I afraid why I m getting this messages. I met brank authoriser asked about my account closing. They told me to pay the 100% of negative balance then only will close. I don t know why you people converted my account to savings without my permission. Even I m not logging into that account from last one year. Why should I pay that amount. Even I don t have any details today only I got the account number. So please suggest me what should I do, I don t want to pay that much of amount.
