We had booked the hotel at vijayawada through your portal on 1st october, 2019, you had in turn shared the link https://rzp.io/i/PMznZhp to make advance payment of 947/-. While in the process the link showed three options, namely credit/debit/wallet, my spouse opted for wallet and otp was generated as follows - "this otp is for your ola money transaction of rs.947 on treebo hotels", basis this, the payment process was proceeded further. Upon completion it showed as failure and hence a similar 2nd attempt was made, which too ended in failure. She stopped at this moment. After some time she found her account debited twice of rs.947/-. Her bank took up this matter for investigation and we were informed that there is no response from olacabs. All necessary proofs have been already shared with your team.

We escalated the matter with your team ever since this came up on 3rd october, 2019 until travel, post travel and till today. We ended up paying the hotel as the amount was not credited to them by you. I regret to note that your have absolved your accountability in resolving this issue. The link provided by you has caused this issue and morally you should own up and get the amount refunded rather than ask customer to run from pillar to post. It is clearly evident that you are answerable for this issue.
