[Resolved] Meghbela Broadband — Meghbela Broadband is a totally a Cheater | |||
I purchase “JET Classic” plan form Meghbela Broadband. Now the package plan according to http://meghbelabroadband.com/package.html is that there will be a speed of 256 kbps all day and at night upto 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) But after a little talk with Meghbela customer support they conform that my plan is fixed plan and it will be 256 kbps all the time. And I will not get a speed of 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) I have sent email to Meghbela Broadband but they just don't care to reply. Please support & help me if you are facing same problem and the raise this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am having the same problem, but they didn't listening. At night I should get 2Mbps, only I am getting 512Kbps.Helpdesk said ask local cable operator for details of the plan and vice-versa.
