I am a regular customer of yours .but unfortunately the purse which i purchased from your outlet at pathankot novelty mall .to my dissatisfaction it got disordered on the every first use.
It also got stained black. I don't know how. previously also i have complaint many times and my request has always been considered .but this time it has been months that my complaint has not been considered at all. Hope you will me rectify the same .waiting for a favorable and a quick reply from your side.
