hi,i have ordered 3 manicure sets with order id 417455 which was a successful transaction.now they are denying that the order can't be traced and to provide bank statement.i could have given it too but after few days of the deal i closed my bank account permanently,so i can't acess it now on net also.when i replied this to service anvenue and mginger even they didn't acknowledged .really this removes trust from such unresponsive...
