Went to your vileparie service center - Mumbai Branch for changing the battery of Mu MI 9 Pro mobile and the experience was very path tic. was not informed of the total cost correctly. the cost of battery shown on the price list of the service center is 699 where as the staff told me the price as 1300/- when i ask her about the same the staff member was not able to give correct reply. it seems the front desk team is not trained enough - very bad experience. will not recommend any body to buy the Mi phones - customer were made to wait outside even though the sitting arrangements inside was empty Was this information helpful? |
