I have purchased Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G (Vinyl Black 8GB RAM
128 GB Storage) on 04/04/2022 on Amazon. After 15 days I got the display issues and comin one line in display.
I have visited 18/04/2022 in your service centre in Hubli. They said first display issues. After 2 hours they said software issues and downgraded the software. Than said board issue. It will take 3 to 4 Days. Than service centre guys called after 2 days come display came you can change the display like that. Than went to service center they told we will replace the display.
I asked why you change display?. Last time you told board issue now you are telling display.
I decided I will visit in Bangalore.
Than I visit Ramamurthy Nagar service center on 04/05/2022. They taken all details and we will update the once receive display.
Now they are not picking my call.
Again I visited 12/05/2022 I have visited embassy park Service Centre they taken all details. We will update the status once display received.
They called 17/05/2022 display is available. You can come and replace it. I visited same day. they changed the display but issue is not resolve and Mi service engineer told we will try to replace the new phone and taken display issue phone. Still now not at all responding the replace old phone and display issue repair.
