Mi4i — Mi4i charging problem

I had charging problem in my mobile, then i took my mobile to xiaomi service centre in park street, kolkata. They told me that your mobile is not repaired at the moment. They need some more time to repair my mobile. After that they told me that they will give me a call when my mobile is repaired. But after some days later when i called them, they are not responding my calls. I want to need to know what is the actual condition of my mobile now. I don't go to the service centre because of my residence is so far (About 200km to service centre).
