[Resolved] Microsoft Mobile (Nokia) India — Faulty product of Nokia Lumia 730 | |||
I, Mandar Gajane, had purchase the new Nokia Lumia 730 on 28th March 2015 from a shop at Thane (W). The IMEI number for same is [protected]. The Cellular (Mobile handset) phone which I have purchased keeps on freezing every time i.e. Suddenly the phone shows the network but I cannot make any calls neither I can receive any calls, and this happens 4-5 times minimum in a day the only solution I have to do at that time is remove the battery and put it back again and restart my phone. I have already taken it to the Thane Nokia Care centre for 4 times wherein the latest they claim they have got it repaired from their factory. But still the mobile has same problem and issue is still not solved. When I asked for the replacement of the same they said on the first time that mobile cannot be replaced since the policy of replacement is only for 4 days from the date of purchase. Being operated late last year for my cervical surgery I had to go to the Nokia care centre at Thane(W) from Khandeshwar (Navi Mumbai). I'm now stuck in such a trauma of this phone. Being a Nokia fan I did not expect such product and service from same. I either want a replacement for this handset or my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
