Microsoft — Unethical behaviour, no warranty, commitment inferior quality phones sold | |||||
I have purchased Nokia 230 dual sim phone on 18th august 2016 from Top 10 shop at Dahisar- east. the phone had display problem within 02 days i.e. on 20th august 2016. This was escalated to online mirosoft care through chat. the online agent from Microsoft advised me to get the phone replaced by the dealer- Top 10. I approached the dealer and he readily accepted the phone assuring to replace within a week's time. It is almost 03 weeks now and the dealer is not able to replace the phone. The reason is that Microsoft is not supplying the replacement piece. I logged call to Microsoft and they simply shrug off their shoulders from this responsibility. the agent straightly told me that Microsoft has nothing to do with the warrantee replacement and it is dealer's responsibility. This is straightaway cheating by Microsoft. At one end they are running from their responsibility and at other end they are not issuing the replacement. real cheap is mirosoft.
