Midwayshop.com — Cheating & Fraud By midwayshop.com

On 19th Feb.2015 I got a call from Midwayshop.com from no. mentioned on their website ([protected]). One of their representative (Mr. Ashok) asked me to purchase one item of worth Rs.6999/- (Android Combo pack) he said if I will purchase that I will get Sony Bravia 32’’ Led TV as a free gift so I made transaction as per his instructions through my SBI bank credit card, After 2 Day’s I got again call & he was saying today’s your product is dispatched & also he is gave Invoice copy & order ID No. Order Id no is[protected], but after confirming order through online transaction on dtd:-19/02/2015. Till date i have not received my product i am continuously writing mail in their mail ID [email][protected]@midwayshop.com[/email] & [email][protected]@midwayshop.com[/email] for product detail but not getting any response. and their customer care no. [protected] is also switched off. The order no.33770705 dtd:-19/02/2015 i am continuously calling him on another new no. which is mentioned in Midwayshop.com site([protected]) but every time these people say’s your product is dispatched, but when I asked my dispatched detail then he is saying we will give later, After some day’s I tried to contact the site (Midwayshop.com) on their contact no. which don't work and that's the only contact no. of that site as far as I know. I also send mail to their mail id's. but no any response from midwayshop.com. sir, Please guide me what procedure i have to do get my money back please help….
