I bought 2 Robot- one Imap 9 (70k) & Venii Max (1 lakh) during lockdown.
I had been using Venii Max regularly for a few months after purchasing till it started causing trouble.
After complaining, they repaired it as it was in warranty period.
Recently some issues arose so I sent it to the service centre.
After servicing, it's wheel stopped working again and i had to send it back for servicing. When I got it back from the service centre, it again stopped working for the 3rd time.
In a month I have already sent it twice for servicing with it's charges + pickup & drop charges + visiting charge (from Mumbai to Gurgaon).
Still it's not working. I don't know if it's a good idea to send it to the service centre again and again when it does not work even after getting it back.
Very disappointed with millagrow products after spending so much money.
The main issue is the service centre which is only in Gurgaon and not in any other cities. There has been no support from sales department, customer care or the technician even after reminding many times. Was this information helpful? |
