Since last few years, I am ordering essential items from mill basket with no delivery charge.But on 15 March’23, I out of blue was charged 149 + GST without any prior notice. When I contacted there customer care they told me they have charged me because my trial period was over and they charged me for that. They should inform customer if any changes in their service. Should not deduct any amount from wallet without consent of customer. Was this information helpful? |
