To whoom so ever it may concern,
I am dr. Navanitha krishnan working in ent dept @ esic medical college and hospital kk nagar chennai, i recently admitted my father mr. T. S. Loganathan 58/m on 9th may 2020 in covid (Medical ward) as he was found to be covid 19 positive, ever since he was admitted, i heard this complaint from my father stating that,
1.) food was not delivered in time.
2.) food was bland and menus was repetitive.
3.) water was not proided for drinking even after demand
4.) no fruits nor any proteins weare given.
It really upsets me to hear such bad patient care from such a great institution like miot,
For the past 2 days my father went hypoglycemic because of this late delivery of lunch which is issued by 2:00pm noon, such bad and poor systems really throws me into deep disatisfaction and hatered towards the setup.
This is really bad that a patient admitted in a hospital goes in for hypoglycemia just bcz of this poor followup,
Kindly take necessary actions so that others will not suffer and thus the hospital also gains respect,
As of now i will defenitely not recomend miot for any further referal, unless i get a reply from the hospital side
