I have purchased a 1.5 ton industrial type split air conditioner model no. Srk20cls-6 serial no.[protected]be from kohinoor dombivli east, dist. Thane state maharashtra on 15th aug 2015 till today i have repairing it several times for leakage of cooling coil & gas tank gets empty from local as guarantee is over. I am facing this issue since past 1 year as guarantee period completed. We have also replaced the coil as the attendent informed us that there is an issue with the coil. Accordingly the same problem is arising and the fault is in the outdoor unit. The issue is not getting resolved after many followups.
