We have written several times to mitsbushi on our complaints but company and customer complaint cell don't even bother to call back.

All they do is "they are committed to provide us great services". How..?? I have no idea.

We purchased 4 heavy 5 star ac units from this company in april this year.

1 of the 4 units had to be repaired 5 times in 5 months time. Company has not even bothered to ask us why there is a fault again and again.

We are sure that the company has given us a faulty ac but they are not willing to accept that.

Every time we complain, after 3-4 days of continuous follow-up, they send some "company expert" who has not been able identify the problem.

This company expert is the same guy every time, who installed the ac.

On complaint no. 5 - the expert after 3 days of holding pressure, concluded that there is a gas leak in the pipes inside the wall.

Well. We foolishly believed the mitsbushi expert and got a new pipe fitting costing us inr 10, 000. Excluding paint and other things

After consulting a local repairman it turned out that some heater inside the ac was the problem and not the pipes.

When we informed the mitsbushi expert he was very thankful because he could not identify it.

On the other hand the great customer complaint cell of mitsbushi heavy industries closed the complaint as resolved.

The complaint cell till date is not aware, why the complaint was lodged and how was it resolved.

All they cared was.. Closed as resolved..

10 days later we had to file another complaint. Complaint no. 6..

The customer complaint is again sending the same expert to resolve it.

It was our biggest mistake to shift to mitsbushi heavy ac units.

Please change the service worker they are very
Bad not giving proper service and using very worst word when taking
The worst product that I have never seen untill I purchased AC on 15th May 2019. A refrigerator is much better than mitsubishi air conditioners. The third part service provider is more worst than the product. The service executives don't know difference between airthrow and condenser.
