Mitsubishi heavy duty 1.5 ton ac. Model no. Srk - 18cs-s6. Us not cooling from first day of installation. We buy it on 13 april from satguru electronics shop no. 64 gaffar market karol bagh delhi 110005.Invoice no. 226.Installed it from red star company cr no. 003. Our ac is not cooling from first day if installation. We complained to company to change it. Many times service came to us and repair it. Some engineer took out the compressor gas. Some cane and put the gas. We are so much fed from all these. But till now they didn't change it. As it not allowed to repair the brand new product. But then also we compromised. Now these day nobody is responding to our calls. It charge us approx 50, 000 rupees including installation. But ac is hanged on wall like useless box. Plz take some actions. Nobody picks the phone on customer care no. We don't know what to now. Plz somebody response.
