i am Gulshan Adlakha from ahmedgarh (Punjab) i have bought an AC last year itss under warranty till now but we are not getting service from your company from last 2 months we are contacting dealer and customer care but no response we got till now. Also the main dealer pf Punjab is saying he cant do anything is under warranty but still he is asking for money. When i am calling customer care they are saying to call dealer and dealer is saying to call customer care.
When we bought this company's product we expected good service but we are getting nothing. Company should provide proper service other wise stop giving warranty Was this information helpful? |
