[Resolved] Mobikwik — Mobikwik Zip emi loan amount not credited to my bank account

Hi,

I took a Zip loan of Rs. 40000 from MobiKwik on Wednesday, 21st February 2024. The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now. On reaching MobiKwik via their app, and email I was told that the amount will get credited to my registered bank account within 24-48 working hours. However, now even after almost 50 working hours I've not received my loan amount. My MobiKwik registered mobile number is: [protected] and my registered email ID is: venkat[protected]@gmail.com. The loan account number is: 7516081 and the NBFC partner is "Lendbox". I'm also attaching all relevant screenshots for your reference. Could you please look into my issue and kindly get the Rs. 40000 loan amount credited to my registered SBI bank account as soon as possible? I'm in urgent need of the funds. I'll be always grateful if you kindly do the needful.

disbursement is slow i applied on wednesday at 3:00 pm and it get credited on monday morning. Customer service is very bad... they keep saying wait for 48 hours... If you applied loan on mobikwik you have to wait no use to call customer care...

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
