Dear Sir / Madam, I have submit my handset (Spice Mi-504 Smart Flo Mettle 5X) on 01/10/2015 in Mathura service center (ASC A.R.Telecom, Shop No- B-6, Basement, Rajendra Tower, Dampier Nagar, Mathura). Main problem in my handset is some virus type of software are automatically installed and i have uninstall the software after some time these type of software again installed now show your memory is low and handset in now hang problem. now i have remove handset battery then restart the handset. So, Please totally clean and format my handset and install latest updated software.so next time this type of issue is not come. Then, your service center Engg. is say your handset software are not available in service center this handset will go for Spice Company. Please tell me why are you open service center if software are not provided by spice company then suffer customer for your company fault. One week time are also expire but handset is not provide me. What will i do. please tell me. Only 3 months are going on purchase this if problem is not please change my handset. So, Kindly Please solve my issue and provide my handset by immediately because i have facing very problem. Please give me your Area Manager and Senior head persons contact details. Otherwise i will give u complaints to consumer court and some media channels partners or news papers.
