Datawind Ubislate — FAULTY PIECE RECEIVED | |||
I had booked UBI Slate Aakash Tablet vide Booing ID PMD0B7111E5A. I paid a cheque of Rs 2,999/- to Datawind as per their email. Thereafter I lodged a complaint thru youe website since they did not deliverd the tablet. Thereafter I received a call on my cell phone +91 [protected] from them saying that the model which I have booked is not available If you want we can send you the another model which is higher and you have to pay cash Rs 1,800/- to the courier. I agreed for the same. They delivered the tablet but the same is faulty. It is not working properly. This is my 3rd Round of Complaint and I still have not heard anything from them I will handover the faulty tablet to the person or the courier person if there is instruction from the DATAWIND to hand it over the faulty tablet.
