Timtara.com Micromax Canvas 2 — Non delivery of Product/ non cancellation of product

I have ordered Micromax Canvas 2 a110 mobile phone from timtara.com on 5th nov 2012. i have paid Rs.8999
and they have said that product will get delivered in 3 weeks but today its 12th dec 2012 and still i have not received my mobile. i have also called their service center but no response from them. i tried to cancel my order but they didnt canceled my order too. please help to get my money back.
