Complaints are as below -

1. Received a Black note when I ordered for a white piece - explanation given was "White is out of stock" - why no one bothered to call me?
2. Did not give a back cover as promised - still following up - getting regular excuses, you will get it in some time
3. Frustrating network issues - this device doesn't stay on network and I keep struggling - I am not able to remain online with things like Facebook and Gtak, which I am always able to do with my Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus
4. Irritating support on phone and chat - the representatives will not care to resolve the issue and will leave the chat without giving or offering a solution

I should get a refund and I will send their so called NOTE back.
