Dear Consumer Court, My name is Rakesh Sutariya. I am from Ahmedabad. I had order mobile one from Naaptol.com on 17Feb13. They had send me defective piece on 25Feb13. so I sent back after talking with them as per their procedures on 12March13. Since then they have not sent me replacement nor they are taking the matter serious. already more than 35 days gone since I ordered the product online from naaptol. My order number is: 5991115. they have provided refund. I request them to provide mobile. but they didnt because price of mobile has been hiked since I purchased. SO they said mobile is out of stock. but on there portal mobile is available. and the are selling too. nor have they paid any compensation for delay of 40 days.
