I would like to tell you that my phone was on charging and i don't know how it got scratched from inside and ink started spreading out and my phone got blur, so yesterday when i went to your service center at khatipura mod at jaipur, they analysed and said that it is not internally it is externally damaged so when i asked them that there is no scratched from outside so they said that due to extreme pressure this happened, but sorry to say i am not at all satisfied at all with this stupid answer and there was one more customer sitting yesterday at your service center there was one more customer with the same complaint of the same mobile and model, how is it possible, are you trying to make your customers fool sorry to say but i have no other option. There was no manager there, they said that he is on leave for 4-5 days, then i called at your toll free no. But still i didn't got any answer they also said that it is not in their hands, please i want the solution right away or else i will be filing complaint regarding this, 3 months have also not passed and again it got disabled last time i don't know which screen you people are used. Sir i really don't know about other customers but i am not the one who will sit quietly, in fact if you will not solve my issue i will be complaining a file against that customer also the one who was sitting yesterday with the same complain which i have, how it could be possible that we both had the same complain for the same hand set. Hopeing for the possitive response.
