Mobile Recharge — Jio mobile recharge | |||||
Sir, i recharged my jio mobile with rs 309 on 15 april 2017 using your website and money of rs 309 has been deducted from my card. And after successful payment from my card i got an order id from paytm i. E. Ipt [protected]. But my mobile no. Is not recharged yet (18/04/2017). I called on your every no. Which i got from internet but no-one is working except ticket booking n have the record of same. So i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise unnecessarily i will have to knock out the door of consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||

yesterday I have recharged my airtel-rajasthan mobile by Rs.38 by order no.[protected], amount was deducted from my account immediately but recharge not done till now.
please arrange to refund my amount back.
