BSNL Cdma Evdo — NO NETWORK COVERAGE FOR past 2 month

for past two month i dont have bsnl cdma coverage.
i have complaint through various sources but still no action has been taken. they just simply reply that it is a network issue we cant do any thing.
i activated evdo unlimited 750Rs plan
and my money got wasted for past two month
i checked my modem in other area , it works
my area saradha college road, behind LRN residency hotel salem 636007.
kindly any one help me.. please.
