BSNL GSM Prepaid Mobile — VAS activated without my request & not being deactivated. | |||
A VAS pack was activated automatically on 15th February, 2013 without my consent on my prepaid phone number [protected]. The message came from 51010. The Pack was initially activated for 30 days that charged Rs.29.00 and there after it started renewed automatically in every 7 days charging Rs.15.00. I sent 'STOP' many times to 155223 to unsubscribe the service as per instruction mentioned in the message that came from BV-PKOLND. But I was replied that there was no service active in my mobile no. BSNL Customer Care also seems to be dead for ever. Some useless people are sitting there who knows nothing about their duty but make the customer harass very well. Please do the needful to get rid of this headache or I have to think about some legal action before porting my present phone number since its not only about money rather its about harassment I got to suffer for last two & half months.
