my name is devashish. on 11th october 2013 friday, i had 2G data pack of 500mb when i was using internet, my main balance is reduced. i have discussed with customer care officer two times. but they aren't giving me the reason why my main balanced is reduced. even they are lying about may balance detail. i have proof in my inbox that i had recharged 52 rs. 2Gdata pack. mo.
