[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile - Prepaid - Hyderabad — Inappropriate tariff - Deceived from Reliance

Hello,

I have taken new reliance cdma sim ([protected]) from reliance outlet-kukatpally-hyderabad on 23rd March 2013 (Saturday). They said that by night, it will get activated and by monday it will get recharged and you will get all the benefits mentioned below.

They have given me a pamplet of reliance-cdma in which the following tariff was written.

All Local Reliance Calls @ 5p/min
All Local Other Calls @ 30p/min
All STD Calls @ 60p/min
1800 SMS Local/National (10SMS/Day)
100 MB Data/month free
with Rs10/- talk time and tariff validity 6 months

I asked several times before paying amount of Rs97/-. They said that I will be getting Rs60/- talktime with all the above benefits for 180 days. But they have deceived me, I did not get any benefits till date. I'm really fedup with this Reliance.
