[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deducted from 250 Plan-Tata Docomo

Dear Sir,

I am Bhupendra Sharma & my mobile no. is [protected].

My TRAI complaint number VA[protected] dated 27th Aug 2013 with regard to recharge issue for your Tata Docomo number [protected]. I got call and email below from tata docomo that they are going to refund my amount Rs-320, But it's more than 72-hrs and Amount is still not refund.

I got recharge of Rs. 250 on dated 19/08/2013 in which Tata Docomo give assurance for providing me following facility

1.1 GB data 3G
2.Unlimited 2G data for one month
3. Rs 222 balance

But please note that i able to use this facility only for two days & after that they detected the amount from my main balance without any information of Rs 320.
