Dear Sir / Madam, I had recharged TATA DOCOMO mobile number which is in my father's name (Maharashtra & Goa circle) [protected] with 500 Rs. top up. On your website www.tatadocomo.com it was shown that on top up recharge of 500, I will get 540 Rs. but when I recharged with 500 Rs. I got only 443 Rs. talktime. The transaction ID is [protected]. The screen shot of your website showing 540 Rs. talktime on reacharge of 500 is also attached as reference. Hope to get positive reply as soon as possible. There is severe problem with your website as I had faced too many problems while I used to recharge my number [protected] using your website. i have recharged rs 50/ on 31/12/2009 but still i have not got credit for the same Regarding this i have informed to customer care , they informed me they will resolve the same with in 24 hrs pls help me
