[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / T24 — Debits without my authority

I am subscriber to TATA DOCOMO T24.
My number is [protected].
The service provider is debiting charges for RingToneServices for which I have never opted.
Actually it amounts to unauthorised debit to my account and depleting my balance .
This non-sense is continued even after my going to the retail out let and requesting them to stop this and also my sending SMS to 1909
Please help me in this regard.
I have also complained to TRAI today about this.
