[Resolved] Vodafone (Hyderabad) — Service is not good | |
I have changed from TataDocomo to Vodafone through MNP as i was facing internet related problems with TataDocomo. When vodafone gets activated i have recharged with Rs.51 which has an offer of 1p/1s. But it is not activated after a week also and they are deducting 1.5p for each second. I have called to customer service executives more than 10 times. They will tell after two hours it will be solvable. But it is not solved yet. Very Bad service i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |
