Mobile Zone — Mobile not charging

I have purchased micromax mobile model no A290 from M/s Sachin Gadget World Model town Ludhiana against Invoice No. 00355 dt 26/05/2015having IMEI NO. [protected] and also got the same insured . After a period of one month the mobiles battery backup started decreasing and day by day it kept on reducing and finally stopped getting charged. I visited Mobile Zone Janta Nagar Ludhiana and was told that it will take minimum 20 days to get the set repaired under service report no. 617 dt 7/09/2015.I am astonished to know that in this age of computers it takes such a long time to get the set repaired. As the mobile set has been purchased only 4 months back and also being insured I request you to get the set replaced.
