MobilesCart.in — Non- dispatch of mobile phone from 'mobilescart.in'.

Respected Sir, This complaint is against 'mobilescart.in', address as per website- E-160, Ground Floor, Noida Sector 63, Noida- 201301. We had booked two mobile phones, “Samsung Core” and “Samsung Grand2”, worth Rs.10000 and Rs.15999 resp. order no "1017" on 10 July'14 from their online store by making an e-payment using my brother, Love Mehta’s Online Payment Gateway. We received only one mobile phone after about three weeks on repeated follow ups with them. We have not received the other mobile phone (Samsung Grand2) or any status update about the same. They are also not answering our calls. We then tried to approach him personally on 2nd Aug’14 through our local Delhi friend on the above mentioned address and he found a dummy office created over there and a person named Mr. Rudra assured that he would ask his boss to settle the matter, but till today matter has not been resolved. We presume that the said above company created is a bogus web site to cheat people and miss use of e-commerce.
