[Resolved] MobilesCart.in — Not Refund money after refund notification was received through email. | |||
Sir, I made an online purchase of samsung galaxy s duos 2 through mobilescart.in on 5/09/2014 and as their delivery process was very slow I again canceled the my order on 7/09/2014. The canceled was accepted and later I received an email from mobilescart.in that the amount was REFUNDED on 9/9/2014, but till now the amount was not yet credited on my account. I try to contact them through [protected] but there is not response form this number and by Email: [protected]@mobilescart.in but there is no reply. Further I had already made a complain to SBI to refund the amount. I hope it may work and surely I may get back the amount which I have spent. But the main things is that is this company was run under the permission of the Higher Authority if yes then why this type of complain always raise upon them. please do some things.
