[Resolved]  MobilesCart.in — Refund fraud

Sir, I am Thaongkhomang Haokip, I buy Samsung galaxy s duos 2 online and made payment of Rs. 7493.00 through Credit card on 5/9/2014. And I cancelled my order on Date 7 Sept 2014 I received an email from Mr Deb that product was cancelled and will be refund within 5-7 days and on Date 9 Sept. 2014 I again received an email from mobilescard.in that the amount was refunded.
As the Credit card transaction required 1 or 2 days to update, I checked my card status on Date 10 Sept. but it was not refund and from that day I try contact through phone and email but there is no any response.
On the other side when I contact credit card customer care I get reply that we have no means to refund or take back the amount once your transaction was done.

Sir please help me to get back the amount please.
